I think this should be a concept car. There are plans for it to go into production, but it currently isn't.

I think it should then be under "future vehicles" on the Mazda USA website, and it isn't.
I've also not found any specifications for a production model of the RF and the pictures you posted are of the concept model.

Oh, my bad. Show debiut has to be in spring (and it was), but sales will start this autumn. As it's more than half a year, I'll change it into concept.
