This vehicle certainly makes me think. With the recent rise of upscale CUVs and CUVs in general, and a recent trend of wagons and hatchbacks being replaced by CUVs (ex. Mazda CX-3 replacing the Mazda2 hatchback in the US market, and the sedan being introduced, but as a Scion, then becoming a Toyota), does the Stelvio indicate that there won't be a Sportwagon version of the Giulia it's based off of, resulting in the Stelvio being the successor to the 159 Sportwagon?

I believe I read somewhere that the Giulia Wagon was definitely cancelled due to the Stelvio. |
