2011-04-25 15:27 | Some magazine I read recently also called it a Mini clone, but I think there are many other cars that resemble the Mini more than this, including the latest Suzuki Swift and the Skoda Fabia.

fck 2011-04-25 11:53 | There were seven Coupes, one or two prototypes with 1.3 engine could also be possible.
Rinspeed 2011-04-25 11:15 | In some website, i see 1.3 instead of 1.0, true? false?

2011-04-23 22:16 | Je vois sur le net que certains parlent d'un 1.5 et mème d'une motorisation hybride, mais sur le site officiel, seul le 1.6 est mentionnée.

2011-04-23 21:36 | fck wrote You can freely be happy not driving another, cheaper Daewoo's. I had a Lanos T100 as a substite car for few days. THAT was a piece of shit, everything trashing, squeezing and a 1.5 "powerfull" motor drunk ~11 l/100km (21mpg) in city. Yeah, Daewoo didn't actually start making 'good' cars until the Lacetti. We had one of them (in the form of a US market Suzuki Forenza) as a rental, and it was a vast improvement. Smooth ride, nice interior. It was very quiet, too. Very good car. Maybe that's why the Chevrolet version was Top Gear's second 'Reasonably Priced Car'... -- Last edit: 2011-04-23 21:36:36

fck 2011-04-23 19:08 | It looks like another website gets me wrong, hopefully I use it only few times. I got catch also because of the model name, previously it depend by the displacement: 1.3 was Dacias 1310, 1.4 - 1410). Please delete this engine and I'll add proper ones (1.4i, 1.6i) that I found later (Why I didn't add it before I wrote in mail with few ideas of future features). Sorry for that, I'm trying to doing my work better from today (and no more overnight editing). Edit: Done. -- Last edit: 2011-04-23 19:18:01

fck 2011-04-23 18:53 | I'm 99,8% sure it's just staying in museum with 1983 plate as a last production year of 3dr Polonez's. PS. A rearview: i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt312/palacev74/Beztytuu.jpg -- Last edit: 2011-04-23 18:56:54
Rinspeed 2011-04-23 18:49 | On a website, i see this is a 1.6 and not the 1.3 for this, true or not?
fck 2011-04-23 18:46 | Formally Polonez was designed to modern Fiat DOHC 1600, 1800 and 2000 engines, but suddenly our government realised that we don't have enough money for buying license, so they stay with little modernised Fiat Milletreciento and Millecinquecento engines. AFAIR these 2000's was a limited part of cars, mainly for police(militia) and Government Security Bureau - a very little of them gets into private hands (if any). FSO just bought a part of complete engines and mounted it. -- Last edit: 2011-04-23 18:47:24

Rinspeed 2011-04-23 18:36 | And on this picture, on the plate, there is 1983, it's a concept before the production version??
fck 2011-04-23 18:33 | Rinspeed wrote Where is the differences? There's not silly headlamp wishers, darker blinkers, lack of additional back signal lamps in tail fender.

2011-04-23 18:15 | I remember this one as a rental car. It only had the 2.2, but was a nice car. The thing was great on the freeway, let me tell you. For about $4,000-$10,000, the Alero is a very reliable budget car, and it gets good gas mileage.

2011-04-23 18:11 | Worst car I've ever been in. We had one as a rental a few years ago, and the thing was only about a year old. There were your usual rental problems (dirty, worn seats, etc.), but it also had a horrible ride on the main roads and highways. It was worse than having a tractor as a daily driver. No wonder they only sell for $1,000-$2,000 on the dealer lots these days. Absolute junk.
Rinspeed 2011-04-23 18:08 | fck wrote Pictures here present a prototype made by FIAT Centro Stile in 1975. Here's production version of 3dr Polonez: members.multimania.co.uk/fsopolonez/fso/polonez3d.jpg Where is the differences?
Rinspeed 2011-04-23 18:06 | No for what i had see, this 3.5 S seems like the M3, the others 3.5 and 2.8 seems like a normal version of an E30
