Everything should be ok (I got the info from automobile catalog EDIT - that is a website, not magazine), but it seems kinda odd to me that there was no 1976-1980 1.1 automatic variant, only the 1.0 (which wasnt in these years as manual), also it is weird that 1969-1972 automatic variant have different power. If your brother will be not bothered, could he please check these two out?

Is the front the only difference between this and the standard Mini? I found that the Clubman came in multiple bodystyles (most notably the squarer wagon with the double doors at the rear), but I didn't know this was also called the Clubman.

As far as I know front end is the only difference in exterior (the car was meant to replace original Mini) . Before I knew this car was a thing, I thought also that Clubman = Wagon. Apparently this was a sedan, wagon and van (van is aussie´s thing, and it was not based on the generation that was on sale, but rather Mk1 Mini with Clubman/1275GT front)

One of the most oddest car that I ever done. Apparently thwre were sometimes different engine variants (even displacement) for MT and AT.
