For Tatra 613, i think it's a common car in the past no? and as there is multiplicator with the 10 years, it will be a lot more points than Citigo. We could say 1 point for Citigo x 4 for 40 years = 4 points (equivalent of 40000 euros) If you had other options to put the points, you can say it...

Another problem might be that prices of cars and salaries changed over time. But an automatic system of points could be better depending of the car (and if someone had the same car> same points). I don't know, it could be by type of car, rarity, age of the car (a rare old car had more points than a recent car)... If someone had ideas...
