Just added the word "Lambo" to the model name and clicked edit. It did seem to work anyways.

I've had this issue before when adding diecasts. Basically, certain forms of punctuation cause an issue with the website's database. Add the info with no punctuation and you should be golden!
Less basically, for those who care, some punctuation marks are used in programming and if someone writes a short script, they can mine a database for info through that code. The error is a security measure to prevent this. While makes and models are not valuable data, these scripts can be injected into databases with personal data in them. An alternative security measure may be to limit characters but in the model field, this would be a struggle due to some cars excessive names.
