they have shown this at SEMA 2003 again! and it looks like its absolutely the same car. so add 2000 - 2003 as model year? text also states that it is the "one and only" so total production is 1.

If the car is from 2000, and they just showed it again once, that doesn't mean that its production years should be 2000-2003.
