Yes, it is. The car is from a Championship Called "Tomcat Vento Challenge" which was run with VW Vento's and Rover 216 Coupe's from 1994 to 2000.

And the VW Vento raced in 1993 was the GT Version which is not the same car. This Vento used for Tomcat Vento Challenge is the VR6 Version.
