I searched deeper and it looks that Turbo Racing has two configurations: 146 A8.046 (112 HP) mounted from 09.1989 to 09.1993 and 146 A8.000 (118 HP) made 12.1989-12.1996:

thanks but i dont think it's 1996 for end year or it can be for south america perhaps bu i don't know if the Uno is the same.

Well, maybe just engines were made until 1996 (spare parts?). Anyway, I agree, 1995 year is much safer. Fix'd.
