The images are from an American Fuel Cell version, yet this car isn't sold in USA, or are there any hybrid/electric engines?

at this time the Fuell cell version isn't sold. I had put this pictures because it's exactly the same than the Korean version of the regular Tucson.

Apparently, the Fuel Cell version went for sale today. Also, the grille and the taillights of the photos you posted don't match the South Korean Tucson ix. www.hyundai.com/kr/showroom.do?carCd1=RV002

The regular US market Tuscon does not receive this front fascia update, only the US spec Fuel Cell model does.

The gasoline powered US-Spec Tuscons received a different facelift that looks closer to the original version, just with a different bumper, though it did receive the same taillights as this one.
