I don't clearly understand but try to answer:
-Cars like Outlander sold in Belarus? - could be, propably for government or mafia. Nothing impossible there, believe me.
-Which Outlander were sold? - A normal one, I'll correct it.

i just want to said that it's a Mitsubishi ASX here, not Outlander
