In China, Škoda cars are built by the Shanghai Volkswagen joint venture, and not the FAW-Volkswagen one.
Moreover, on the bonnet of this car, on the side, you car read "上海大众汽车" ("Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive")

Well, at eWRC Results say that the car was from FAW-Skoda and not the Shanghai Skoda.
