Why Italian origin? It seems to me like a CKD Austin.

The Alpina in Italy in the 80s were imported on request. Does it count as available in Italy? I don't think that counts. A lot of cars that are not officially sold over here can be imported. |

When in 1998 the Cultus Crescent was facelifted and renamed Cultus, this old Cultus became the Cultus M to differentiate the two.

Minor difference between 1.0 and 1.3 models: The 1.0 did not have a grille. I'm not going to make separate pages for these, but some of the models I add will probably have no grille for that reason.

After the smaller 4th generation Escudo was introduced in 2015, this car was sold for 2 more years as "Escudo 2.4".

Renamed to just Escudo in 1996.

Launched in 1998 as Jimny Wide, but then renamed back to Jimny Sierra in 2002.

Like stated on the Toyota Voxy page, Toyota is putting an end to dealership exclusive models and will likely merge some models into one for the next generation. The Alphard and Vellfire are an example of this.
As the Vellfire is now no longer exclusive to the Netz dealership, it has received a Toyota logo as seen below: imgur.com/x52ZSKs |

Toyota is slowly in the process of merging its models that are exclusive to a certain dealership group. Earlier this year, they announced that most of their models would be sold at every dealership group, which means that for example the Voxy is sold alongside its sister car the Noah. It's expected that one of the two newplates will be discontinued when a new generation of these vans is announced.
For now the Voxy has received a regular Toyota logo instead of the Netz dealership logo, just like the Toyota Vellfire has. The regular version has been discontinued, with only the ZS model with sportier bodykit continuing. Below the car with Toyota badge: imgur.com/sfBwumv -- Last edit: 2020-08-19 08:43:13 |

I can't write the name of this concept correctly, because the website won't accept the α symbol in "Model".

we already do this for rally raid versions... It's between a quad and a car but what is the things that we can't list it? There is 4 wheels and a steering wheel... But if it isn’t road legal like carcrasher said, you can’t put it as a production car.. In any case, the Off-road/SUV class should be split, because it's weird to have this thing but also a Hyundai Kona in the same category. -- Last edit: 2020-08-12 23:48:34 |

So, we're listing non-road legal side by side UTVs that aren't racing vehicles now? Interesting. I have to agree, I think this is more like a quad bike than a car. Should we really list these? |

A production version of this car will be launched next year, and will be the first model under Hyundai’s new EV brand named Ioniq.
The year after they plan to launch a production version of the Hyundai Prophecy concept, and in 2024 a yet to be revealed electric SUV. |

For 1965 and 1966, the Newport was called Windsor in Canada. The main difference is that the Windsor was not available as the 6-window Town Sedan.

Well, apparently it has been announced that this car will go on sale in Japan this Fall, but as a mild hybrid. The electric version is still scheduled for 2021.

There are now rumors going around that this car has been cancelled for the US after a long delay. The car is still available in Canada.
Edit: Kia US website has removed this car from their future releases, and it is nowhere else to be seen. I’m assuming this counts as it being officially cancelled. -- Last edit: 2020-08-06 02:32:36 |

Shouldn't the Hybrid model get it's own page? The front and rear bumpers are quite different than the normal Sonata. I don’t think so, the base SE trim on the gasoline version seems to have the same bumpers as the Hybrid. |
||
|
Just as the US gets the cheaper trim levels as Chrysler Voyager, Canada will get the same cheaper trim levels as Chrysler Grand Caravan starting from model year 2021.

Was this not replaced by the Granta hatchback?

I know it has its own specific grille, but shouldn't it still be origin France? It should yes, my mistake. |

https://electrek.co/2020/05/20/mazda-starts-production-of-mx-30-its-first-pure-ev/ It states that it will go on sale in Europe in Fall 2020, but it doesn't say anything about Japan. I haven't found any Japanese sources either that say it will be released this Fall, and earlier it was predicted to go on sale in 2021 in Japan. |

I have already seen these on the road, so it can be taken out of Upcoming Cars.

This should probably be changed to 2020, not 2021, as it's scheduled to go on sale in Japan in the second half of 2020. Source? |

I thought this car was called Toyota FunCruiser in most of Europe, but after some searching I found out that name was only used in the Netherlands.
Not even Wikipedia lists this name! |
I guess the rear pic is from the pre-facelift version, will replace later today.
