Rinspeed 2017-01-13 19:54 | Desscythe17 wrote No, nevermind. I can't find a good spot for it. Perhaps we can do it per make? Perhaps above the comments section? For example: On Kia (USA) page, I add the 2018 Kia Stinger, with a picture of the front and some text saying MY2018, or summer 2017, or 15 August or something. When I have the specifications for the car and add it to WCS, I delete the "to be released" car. yes i could see that but i had a lot of things to do before (example: finish spanish lang for IGCD)

Desscythe17 2017-01-13 15:38 | Rinspeed wrote it is a good idea but in a specific section perhaps. The problem is that the pics are from some newspapers or copyrighted.... Well we don't necessarily have to place pictures, often there are rumours about a car, but no pictures. We can always post pictures when they become available. For example, cars revealed at the Detroit Auto Show already have official pictures, but only go on sale in half a year. There is no section already on the website we could use? So you don't have to make something new for it. -- Last edit: 2017-01-13 15:51:11
Rinspeed 2017-01-13 15:21 | Desscythe17 wrote Just read an interesting article on a Japanese website about what cars to expect the coming year. Unlike Europe and North America, Japanese market cars are usually revealed right as they go on sale, so I took the liberty of sharing the news with you. - Around spring, there will be a new Suzuki Swift Sport with a 1.4 turbo; - Also around spring, the Suzuki Wagon R and its Mazda counterpart will get a full remodel, kicking some life into the kei car segment, where not much is happening now. - In autumn, Daihatsu will release the new Mira e:S, and Toyota and Subaru its sister cars. This should also have a good effect on competition in the kei car market. - Before the summer, a new Subaru XV will be released, possibly with PHEV technology. - Sometime this year, Honda will reintroduce the Civic sedan to the Japanese market. It will be the same sedan that is currently being sold internationally. P.S. I would love to list upcoming cars somewhere (to be released in the future, which I will add to the site), but I'm not sure what the best place for it is. it is a good idea but in a specific section perhaps. Desscythe17 2016-05-28 00:43 | carcrasher88 wrote With Nissan's purchase of a 34% stake in Mitsubishi, that may take a while, as I wouldn't surprised that Nissan may discontinue Mitsubishi's kei car engines altogether and develop an all new engine to replace them, and maybe develop new kei cars altogether. Also, with this purchase of said stake, perhaps it could mean a brighter future for Mitsubishi in the US market, with new engines and vehicles for the manufacturer? I agree, even though it is a hard time for Mitsubishi, in the long run Nissan might save the company. 2014-01-25 13:08 | Actually, the car was made for Hanciaux to compete the Dakar 1998. The rest of Patrol's in 1998 need a sepparate page because although it has same body, it does not have the same weight, the same power, etc...

Desscythe17 2013-12-24 14:25 | Does Autech really need its own brand? If you ask me, they can be put under the Nissan brand. Autech is a subsidiary of Nissan, not a seperate company, and they sell their products through Nissan dealers, not through their own. All of the Nissan Rider products (www.webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=12741) and Nissan Axis products (www.webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=16830) are also made by Autech. But I don't think it's worth adding them to a seperate Autech brand either. Also most of the Autech cars added (Lucino, Stagea, Silvia, Pulsar, Cefiro) don't look very different from their Nissan versions, and I don't think they need their own page. So please, tell me why they do. -- Last edit: 2013-12-24 14:27:57
