Technically I guess they are, but the Otti/Dayz has always been a rebadged Mitsubishi eK, ever since its first generation. I doubt this one is any more Nissan than the previous ones. The Nissan depicted here is the Highway Star version, which looks a bit more glamorous. The regular Dayz looks exactly like the eK Wagon.
