Looks like an awkwardly proportioned Buick Regal/Opel Insignia with the side windows of a Chevrolet Impala...

I actually think this isn't based on anything (Which doesn't cancel the fact that it's ugly). Also the side windows on the Impala aren't very characteristic, I think more cars have those kinds of windows.
