I'm not sure. They might be designed by Giugiaro but my opinion is that Daewoo made these concepts based on the Lucciola to see the reaction of the public and also to see how it would look in production spec.

This prototype was realised by modifying a Dacia 1310. It could be transformed into a hatchback, a pick-up or a convertible with minimal effort. This was the only modular Dacia which could change its body style.
