Well, before the war Lada used to be a part of Renault Group and I remeber that somewhere in late 2010's-early 2020's there has been news that Renault considers a major unification process so that their brands would produce the same cars. Apparently even after the sale of Lada they kept working on that Dacia cars alone and now they are starting their production. Renault wanted to replace Granta with Logan and Niva with Duster so now Lada is doing exactly that, I even heard that Renault wanted to sue Lada for illegally using their platforms.

Fun fact, when the legislation for kei cars changed and the maximum displacement increased to 550cc, Suzuki did not have a new engine ready in time.
In order to not fall behind other kei car manufacturers, they bought engines from their competitor Daihatsu and installed those in the Fronte for a few months until their new engine was ready.

There is also a hardtop of this (as can be seen in the 2nd pic), but I can only find very small/low quality pictures of it.

Now this one's an odd one. Looks like they crossed a modern Lancia Ypsilon with a Renault Modus.

The Chevrolet Lacetti was officially discontinued in 2024, however it is still on the chevrolet.uz website so it gets to stay in current production until it gets removed
