I guess the car wasnt considered special enough. Prototypes have 100 points by default, race cars 10, regular street cars are rewarded by pricetag when new.. Multiplier is given when the car is older. This isn't a rare car. F150 is only common in America.

At some point, Mini moved to its own head office at Max-Diamand-Straße 25, Munich (adjacent to BMW's engineering center. I don't know when, the oldest mention of this location I found is 2011.
