Their focus on hybrids rather than diesels doesn't really cut it in Europe where the sweet spot in the prestige car market is for four cylinder sub £30K diesels. The only car they have in that range is the IS and that product is not competitive compared to the German cars.

I didn't think about those on any of the brands I split. I'm not going to do the race cars, but I can do the concept cars. If I have a concept that was revealed in the US, should I add it to Lexus USA, or should I add it to the market the production car was made for?
