2021-01-16 14:36 | For over 2 years, Mazda planned for this car to get a diesel engine, but just recently they gave up on their plans. The CX-5 was offered with a diesel engine for a year, but discontinued. It was a bit of a weird choice by Mazda to introduce diesel engines in this day and age for the US market, so I don't think it's a shocker to anyone that this didn't work out in the end. |
