Where is the 2.0 and the 2.0 D?

Apparently, at the time I added this car I thought there was enough difference between the US-spec and the EU-spec, so I didn't add those engines. You can delete it if you want.
*As the next generation Forester is on sale, I don't have informations for the engines you want me to add.
