I've been thinking...are this and the Dacia Spring truly different enough to be listed as Chinese and Romanian origin, respectively, compared to the French Renault Kwid that both are directly based on?

I've changed them all to French origin, as I think you are right. The Renault Kwid is a global car, and all the other cars are based on it.

In that case I think we change origin to India then, it's where the Kwid has been developped

All of them? Or only the ICE versions?
Agree that the Kwid was developed in India, but I think the EV version was developed either in France or China.

Hmm in that case i'd say origin China for the electric version only
