like i wonder why they went after the noble (which is trying to be a smart but has styling of it's own) and not THIS
if this was debadged i would probably think it was a smart

Because they can't go after cars that aren't sold in a western market.
Copyright is a funny thing in China, and as a western brand it's almost impossible to sue a Chinese company for copying you.
