Changed origin back to China, for obvious reasons. The car was built in China by Chery without approval of Seat/Volkswagen. It might be an obvious Seat Toledo, but it was built from the ground up by Chery using stolen blueprints.

Added additional names and changed origin to Spain, it is (essentially) a rebadged Seat Toledo.

Jeep Wrangler is okay because this law is only for models sold in europe.

The rule says that the front has to be smoother in case of degree in rising higher. So the high front is still possible but has to be rounder. A new Defender could be possible but i think they have so many models in their range that they dont see any reason to keep the Defender if its changed too much.

There are other problems. I had see the site where you had the infos and there is clearly the paint by year so enter them correctly and don't put them 2 times. I erase them for the moment.

My mistake "High Gloss" isn't actually part of the name of the color.

It's not a big shock. They should have seen this coming ages ago. Mercedes-Benz and Jeep are able to continue the G-Class and Wrangler, so I don't understand why Land Rover thinks they have to discontinue the Defender...

They will end production on December 2015
They say that it's not safety enough for other cars and pedestrians.

Exactly, but it's probably the exact reason why it has gotten so far. Nowadays, everyone who drives an Audi A3 thinks he drives an A8. Most people can't tell the difference anyway.
Some cars are completely losing their identity, like the BMW 3/4 Gran Coupé or the Mercedes A/GLA.

Agree. I don't get it why every Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen and now BMW and Mercedes-Benz must look the same. I mean if you dont know difference very good you could think that A3,A4,A5 Sportback, A6, A7 and A8 are same car.

It's only for China, and the Juke looks cool. If you can't stand difference, stay with Volkswagen.

Oh god, the Nissan Juke is now available as an Infiniti, and looks worse than ever.

Still for sale outside North America for now.
