Sports cars, convertibles, expensive cars over 80 000 euros, prototypes and cars over 30 years and that kind of stuff. I guess the car wasnt considered special enough. Prototypes have 100 points by default, race cars 10, regular street cars are rewarded by pricetag when new.. Multiplier is given when the car is older.

EDIT Also it might be cars that arent that old but they werent imported officially, like US and JDM stuff, but dont quote me on that.

in a lot of countries it's common. This isn't a rare car. F150 is only common in America.

It appears when BMW bought the brand name in 2000, they moved the head office to their Munich location.
At some point, Mini moved to its own head office at Max-Diamand-Straße 25, Munich (adjacent to BMW's engineering center. I don't know when, the oldest mention of this location I found is 2011.

The British subsidiary address are:
-BMW (UK), Summit ONE, Summit Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire (2014-present)
-BMW (UK), Ellesfield Avenue, Bracknell, Berkshire (2002-2014)
